Win a Therabody ThermBack LED

Training hard is one thing. Recovering properly is another.

We’re giving one winner a Therabody ThermBack LED, a £249 recovery device that brings heat, infrared light and vibration therapy together in one wearable wrap.

Whether you’re dealing with a stiff lower back after a heavy training week, long runs or spending all day on your feet, this is a handy bit of recovery kit to have at home.

Four recovery therapies in one device

The ThermBack LED combines:

Heat Therapy – Three adjustable heat settings to help relax tight muscles.
Near-Infrared LED Light – Targeted light therapy designed to support circulation and recovery.
Vibration Massage – Three vibration patterns to help ease muscle tension.
Far-Infrared Therapy – Additional targeted warmth across the lower back.

It’s cordless, fits securely with adjustable straps and offers up to 180 minutes of battery life. You can also customise your sessions through the Therabody app.

What does the winner receive?

One brand-new Therabody ThermBack LED in black, complete with its soft travel case and USB-C charging cable.

Retail value: £249

Prefer the cash?

The winner can take £175 cash instead.

But we’d much rather see you take the ThermBack LED, get it into your recovery routine and put it to good use.
