Our competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, unless a specific competition page says otherwise. You must enter using your own details, and we may need to verify your age, identity and address before releasing a prize.

Choose a competition, select your entries, then complete checkout. Once your entry is confirmed, your ticket numbers will be issued to your account and/or confirmation email.

Your chances depend on the number of valid entries in the draw, the number of prizes available and how many entries you hold. Each competition page shows the maximum number of tickets available, so you can see the maximum possible entry pool before entering. If fewer tickets are sold, the actual number of entries in the draw may be lower.

Winners are selected at random from all valid entries for that competition. The draw method, closing date and draw time are shown on each competition page before you enter.

An auto draw is completed automatically by our draw system at the scheduled draw time. A live draw is conducted live and streamed through our official channels, normally Facebook. Both methods select the winner at random from valid entries. Each competition page clearly shows the draw method, closing date and scheduled draw time.

The draw will still go ahead on the advertised draw date even if every ticket has not sold. We do not extend a competition, reduce the advertised prize or cancel a draw simply because of low ticket sales. If a draw date ever has to change for another reason, the updated details will be published on our website.

Yes. Our paid prize draws can also be entered through our free postal entry route. Postal entries must follow the instructions in our Terms and Conditions and must be received before the relevant competition closes. Valid free entries are included in the same prize draw as paid entries.
