Yes. A valid postal entry is entered into the same draw as a paid entry and has the same chance of winning per valid entry.

Postal entries must be complete, readable, received in time and follow the entry instructions to be accepted.

If you win, we will contact you using the details linked to your account. This may be by email, phone or both.

Please make sure your contact details are correct before entering. If we cannot contact a winner within the timeframe set out in our Terms and Conditions, we may need to redraw the prize.

Yes. We may announce winners on our website, social media pages, email updates or other official Performance Prizes channels.

Winner announcements help keep our competitions transparent. We may publish details such as your first name, surname initial, general location and the prize won, unless there is a valid reason not to do so.

We will arrange prize delivery with the winner after the draw and after any required checks have been completed.

Where possible, prizes may be sent directly from the brand, retailer or supplier. Smaller prizes, vouchers and digital gift cards may be delivered by post, courier, email or another suitable method.

Standard UK delivery is included unless the competition page clearly states otherwise.

Only if a cash alternative is clearly stated on the competition page.

If no cash alternative is listed, the prize awarded will be the prize shown. Some voucher or gift card prizes may also be subject to the retailer’s own terms, expiry dates or usage restrictions.

If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

This could happen if a product is discontinued, out of stock, replaced by a newer model or no longer available from the supplier. We will always aim to provide a fair alternative that matches the original prize as closely as possible.

Some competitions may include instant win prizes alongside the main draw.

If instant wins are available, the competition page will explain what the instant win prizes are and how they work. If you win an instant win prize, we will contact you or notify you through the website, email or your account.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, winning an instant win prize does not remove your valid entry from the main draw.
