We will contact winners using the details linked to their account, usually by email, phone or both. Please make sure your contact details are correct before entering.

We will arrange delivery directly with the winner after the draw. For most draws, we will send the prizes directly from our office. Where not possible such as with larger items, prizes may be sent directly from the brand, retailer or supplier. Standard UK delivery is included unless the competition page says otherwise.

Where a cash alternative is available as a winner’s choice, the amount will be clearly shown on the competition page. If no cash alternative is listed, you should expect to receive the advertised prize. In limited circumstances where a prize becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be supplied, our Terms and Conditions allow us to provide an appropriate substitute.

Yes. Our competitions are designed to be fun, but winning is never guaranteed. Please only enter with money you can comfortably afford to spend.
