Our competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, unless a specific competition page says otherwise. You must enter using your own details, and we may need to verify your age, identity and address before releasing a prize.

Choose a competition, select your entries, then complete checkout. Once your entry is confirmed, your ticket numbers will be issued to your account and/or confirmation email.

Your chances depend on the number of valid entries in the draw and how many entries you hold. Each competition page shows the maximum number of tickets available, so you can see the potential odds before entering.

Winners are selected at random from all valid entries for that competition. The draw method, closing date and draw time are shown on each competition page before you enter.

An auto draw is drawn automatically by the website system at the scheduled time. A live draw is announced or shown through our official channels. Each competition page will show which type of draw it is.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, the draw will still go ahead on the advertised draw date, even if every ticket has not sold. We want entrants to know exactly when a winner is due to be selected.

Yes. Eligible competitions include a free postal entry route. Postal entries must follow the instructions in our Terms and Conditions and must be received before the competition closes.
