Our competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, unless stated otherwise on a specific competition page.

You must enter using your own details, and the information on your account must be accurate. If you win, we may need to verify your name, age, address and contact details before releasing the prize.

Choose the competition you want to enter, select the number of entries you would like, answer the competition question if one is required, and complete checkout.

Once your entry has been confirmed, your ticket numbers will be issued to your account and/or confirmation email. Please check your details carefully before entering, as entries are usually final once submitted.

Each competition has its own entry limit. The maximum number of total entries and any limit per person will be shown on the competition page.

This helps keep the competition clear and allows you to understand the maximum number of tickets available before entering.

Your chances depend on how many valid entries are in the competition and how many entries you hold.

For example, if a competition has a maximum of 1,000 entries and you buy 1 ticket, your maximum odds are 1 in 1,000. If you hold 10 tickets, your maximum odds are 10 in 1,000.

The maximum number of entries is shown on each competition page so you can make an informed choice before entering.

Winners are selected at random from all valid entries for that competition.

Some competitions may be drawn automatically by the website system, while others may be drawn live or announced through our official channels. The draw method and draw date will be shown on the competition page.

Only valid entries will be included in the draw.

Each competition page shows the scheduled draw date and time.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, the competition will be drawn on the advertised draw date. If a competition sells out early, the draw may take place earlier or at the next available draw slot, depending on the competition setup.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, the draw will still go ahead on the advertised draw date even if every ticket has not sold.
